IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THIS LICENSE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS SOFTWARE. THIS LICENSE PROVIDES IMPORTANT INFORMATION CONCERNING SECURE SENSOR INNOVATIVE DESIGN LTD CLOUD SERVICES, PROVIDES YOU WITH A LICENSE TO USE SECURE SENSOR INNOVATIVE DESIGN LTD CLOUD SERVICES AND CONTAINS WARRANTY AND LIABILITY INFORMATION.BY USING SECURE SENSOR INNOVATIVE DESIGN LTD CLOUD SERVICES, YOU ARE ACCEPTING SECURE SENSOR INNOVATIVE DESIGN LTD CLOUD SERVICES 'AS IS' AND AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT. IN NO EVENT WILL THE AUTHORS BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY DAMASES ARISING FROM THE USE OF SECURE SENSOR INNOVATIVE DESIGN LTD CLOUD SERVICES. IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO DO SO, DO NOT USE SECURE SENSOR INNOVATIVE DESIGN LTD CLOUD SERVICES.

1. LICENSE

This license provides you with limited rights to use Secure Sensor Innovative Design Ltd Cloud Services. Secure Sensor Innovative Design Ltd retain all ownership, right, title and interest in, to and of Secure Sensor Innovative Design Ltd Cloud Services and all copies of it. All rights not specifically granted in this license, including domestic and international copyrights, are reserved Secure Sensor Innovative Design Ltd.

By receiving, opening the file package, and/or using Secure Sensor Innovative Design Ltd Cloud Services, you agree that this End User License Agreement (EULA) is a legally binding and valid contract and agree to be bound by it. You agree to abide by the intellectual property laws and all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Unless you have a different license agreement signed by Secure Sensor Innovative Design Ltd Cloud Services, your use of Secure Sensor Innovative Design Ltd Cloud Services indicates your acceptance of this license agreement and warranty.

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Secure Sensor Innovative Design Ltd grants to you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license, without right to sub-license, to use Secure Sensor Innovative Design Ltd Cloud Services in accordance with this Agreement and any other written agreement with Secure Sensor Innovative Design Ltd. Secure Sensor Innovative Design Ltd does not transfer the title of Secure Sensor Innovative Design Ltd Cloud Services to you; the license granted to you is not a sale. This agreement is a binding legal agreement between Secure Sensor Innovative Design Ltd and the purchasers or users of the Secure Sensor Innovative Design Ltd Cloud Services.

If you do not agree to be bound by this agreement, remove Secure Sensor Innovative Design Ltd Cloud Services from your device.

2. DISTRIBUTION

Secure Sensor Innovative Design Ltd Cloud Services and the license herein granted shall not be copied, shared, distributed, re-sold, offered for re-sale, transferred or sub-licensed in whole or in part. For information about redistribution of Secure Sensor Innovative Design Ltd Cloud Services, contact Secure Sensor Innovative Design Ltd.

3. USER AGREEMENT

3.1 Use

This license allows you to use Secure Sensor Innovative Design Ltd Cloud Services on a single device. If you wish to use Secure Sensor Innovative Design Ltd Cloud Services on more than one device, you must license another copy of Secure Sensor Innovative Design Ltd Cloud Services. You shall not allow others to use, copy or evaluate copies of Secure Sensor Innovative Design Ltd Cloud Services.

3.2 Use Restrictions

You shall use Secure Sensor Innovative Design Ltd Cloud Services in compliance with all applicable laws and not for any unlawful purpose. Without limiting the foregoing, use, display or distribution of Secure Sensor Innovative Design Ltd Cloud Services together with material that is pornographic, racist, vulgar, obscene, defamatory, libelous, abusive, promoting hatred, discriminating or displaying prejudice based on religion, ethnic heritage, race, sexual orientation or age is strictly prohibited.

Unless Secure Sensor Innovative Design Ltd has authorised you to distribute Secure Sensor Innovative Design Ltd Cloud Services, you shall not make or distribute copies of the Secure Sensor Innovative Design Ltd Cloud Services or transfer Secure Sensor Innovative Design Ltd Cloud Services from one device to another. You shall not decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, include in other software, or translate Secure Sensor Innovative Design Ltd Cloud Services, or use Secure Sensor Innovative Design Ltd Cloud Services for any commercial purposes. You shall not modify, alter, change or otherwise make any modification to Secure Sensor Innovative Design Ltd Cloud Services or create derivative works based upon Secure Sensor Innovative Design Ltd Cloud Services. You shall not assign, sell, share, loan, rent, lease, borrow, resell, sub-license, assign, network, distribute or otherwise transfer Secure Sensor Innovative Design Ltd Cloud Services or this license. Any attempt to do so shall be void and of no effect.

If any person other than yourself uses Secure Sensor Innovative Design Ltd Cloud Services registered in your name, regardless of whether it is at the same time or different times, then this agreement is being violated and you are responsible for that violation.

3.3 Copyright Restriction

This Software contains copyrighted material, trade secrets and other proprietary material. You shall not, and shall not attempt to, modify, reverse engineer, disassemble or decompile Secure Sensor Innovative Design Ltd Cloud Services. You shall not remove or obscure Secure Sensor Innovative Design Ltd copyright, trade mark or other proprietary notices from any of the materials contained in this package or downloaded together with Secure Sensor Innovative Design Ltd Cloud Services. Nor can you create any derivative works or other works that are based upon or derived from the Secure Sensor Innovative Design Ltd Cloud Services in whole or in part.

Secure Sensor Innovative Design Ltd's name, logo and graphics files that represent the Secure Sensor Innovative Design Ltd Cloud Services shall not be used in any way to promote products developed with Secure Sensor Innovative Design Ltd Cloud Services. Secure Sensor Innovative Design Ltd retain sole and exclusive ownership of all right, title and interest in and to Secure Sensor Innovative Design Ltd Services and all Intellectual Property rights relating thereto.

Copyright law and international copyright treaty provisions protect all parts of Secure Sensor Innovative Design Ltd Cloud Services, products and services. No program, code, part, image, audio sample, or text may be copied or used in any way by the user except as intended within the bounds of the single user program. All rights not expressly granted hereunder are reserved for Secure Sensor Innovative Design Ltd.

3.4 Limitation of Responsibility

You will indemnify, hold harmless, and defend Secure Sensor Innovative Design Ltd, its employees, agents and distributors against any and all claims, proceedings, demand and costs resulting from or in any way connected with your use of Secure Sensor Innovative Design Ltd's Software.

In no event (including, without limitation, in the event of negligence) will Secure Sensor Innovative Design Ltd, its employees, agents or distributors be liable for any consequential, incidental, indirect, special or punitive damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, loss of use, business interruption, loss of information or data, or pecuniary loss), in connection with or arising out of or related to this Agreement, Secure Sensor Innovative Design Ltd Cloud Services or the use or inability to use Secure Sensor Innovative Design Ltd Cloud Services or the furnishing, performance or use of any other matters hereunder whether based upon contract, tort or any other theory including negligence.

Secure Sensor Innovative Design Ltd’s entire liability, without exception, is limited to the customers' reimbursement of the purchase price of Secure Sensor Innovative Design Ltd Cloud Services (maximum being the lesser of the amount paid by you and the suggested retail price as listed by Secure Sensor Innovative Design Ltd) in exchange for the return of the software, all copies, registration papers and manuals, and all materials that constitute a transfer of license from the customer back to Secure Sensor Innovative Design Ltd.

3.5 Warranties

Except as expressly stated in writing, Secure Sensor Innovative Design Ltd make no representation or warranties in respect of Secure Sensor Innovative Design Ltd Cloud Services and expressly excludes all other warranties, expressed or implied, oral or written, including, without limitation, any implied warranties of merchantable quality or fitness for a particular purpose.

3.6 Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the law of the United Kingdom applicable therein. You hereby irrevocably attorn and submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of United Kingdom therefrom. If any provision shall be considered unlawful, void or otherwise unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this License and not affect the validity and enforceability of any other provisions.

3.7 Termination

Any failure to comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement will result in automatic and immediate termination of this license. Upon termination of this license granted herein for any reason, you agree to immediately cease use of Secure Sensor Innovative Design Ltd Cloud Services and destroy all copies of Secure Sensor Innovative Design Ltd Cloud Services supplied under this Agreement. The financial obligations incurred by you shall survive the expiration or termination of this license.

4. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY

4.1. You expressly understand and agree that your use of the application is at your sole discretion and risk and that the application is provided as is and as available without warranty of any kind.

4.2. You are solely responsible for any damage to your mobile device, or other device, or loss of data that results from such use.

4.3. This software and the accompanying files are sold "as is" and without warranties as to performance or merchantability or any other warranties whether expressed or implied. This disclaimer concerns all files generated and edited by Secure Sensor Innovative Design Ltd Cloud Services as well.

4.4. These cloud services are not intended for use in the operation of nuclear facilities, life support systems, emergency communications, aircraft navigation or communication systems, air traffic control systems, or any other activities in which the failure of the application could lead to death, personal injury, or severe physical or environmental damage.

5. CONSENT OF USE OF DATA

You agree that Secure Sensor Innovative Design Ltd may collect and use information gathered in any manner as part of the product support services provided to you, if any, related to Secure Sensor Innovative Design Ltd Cloud Services. Secure Sensor Innovative Design Ltd may also use this information to provide notices to you which may be of use or interest to you.

Legal Basis for Processing Personal Data Under General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

Secure Sensor Innovative Design Ltd processes data for the following reasons:

To help improve the living conditions for people in the premises being monitored.
To let landlords and other third parties maintain property in good condition
To detect if alarm systems require maintenance
To allow impaired individuals to live independently for longer, through use of personal alarms and health related sensing and monitoring
To assist care providers to improve their care provision
To allow relatives and nominated friends of people receiving care to see they are living in good conditions and are being looked after.
