How do we help Social Services ?

Our social care services and products are designed to reduce the anxiety of employers, employees, residents and families by creating an open platform to communicate and oversee care plans. Safehouse technology provide tools to collect information essential for health care provision without requiring additional staff capacity or input. Our products can take pressure of the NHS and contribute to person centred care plans.

All the equipment arrives preconfigured in a single ‘plug and play’ package, where all the sensors are geospatially tagged, allocated to a room or service user, and labelled ready for installation.

Installation does not require a physical engineer; the devices simply plug into main power sockets, or indeed use strong adhesive pads.

Care home managers, staff and families are able to remotely monitor the internal conditions of residents' rooms and common areas, using the Viper (SaaS) dashboard.

The Safehouse app gives carers the ability to receive instant notifications from triggered devices, and locate an individual's whereabouts at all times of the day and night.

Panic buttons can be personally worn with a lanyard or clipped onto clothing and run off Bluetooth Low Energy. In addition, Panic Buttons can be attached to surfaces around the home in the event of a fall or if the user is not wearing their personal alarm.

Service users' family members can access the same information as Social Services through Viper (SaaS) and the Safehouse App, creating a clear path of communication between those responsible for issuing care.
