Safehouse is an end-to-end solution enabling care home staff to remotely monitor the internal environmental conditions of residents’ rooms at scale, using a low-cost data capture method.

The Safehouse mix and match service includes USB sensors, door sensors, personal alarms and high capacity data aggregators as part of the Safehouse App and Viper (SaaS) Software as a service.

Safehouse reduces anxiety that family members experience when they can't regularly visit and check in with loved ones.

By using Viper (SaaS), all involved in an individual’s care can view environmental conditions within residents' rooms. This includes temperature, humidity, CO2 levels, light levels, noise levels and general air quality of the room. As well as environmental readings, app users can see how often patients leave their the rooms and have visits, creating greater awareness about residents’ well-being.

All equipment arrives preconfigured in your ‘plug and play’ package. All sensors and devices are geospatially tagged, allocated to your chosen room or service user, and labelled ready for installation.

Installation does not require a physical engineer. All you need to do is plug your sensors into power sockets or attach to the wall using adhesive pads we provide you.

Care home managers and staff alike are be able to remotely monitor the internal conditions of residents rooms and common areas, using the Viper (SaaS) dashboard.

The Safehouse app and also give carers the ability to receive instant notifications from triggered devices, and locate an individual's whereabouts at all times of the day and night and visitors to the care homes.

Panic buttons can be personally worn with a lanyard or clipped onto clothing and run off Bluetooth Low Energy. In addition Panic Buttons can be attached to surfaces around the home in the event of a fall or if the user is not wearing their personal alarm.
